This is Sam. He modeled Thai costume at the Loy Krathong Festival in Miami, Florida on November 23, 2006 which was organized by the Thai-American Association of South Florida for the benefit of Wat Buddharangsi of Miami. The chairperson of the festival is Preeya Sirna, the owner of All Things Thai.
